The 4BELS process and information is relevant for everyone interested in learning about their brain and better understand the behaviors of those surrounding them. We rarely connect the way a person’s brain is structured with daily behaviors, both in good and bad situations. A relevant example would be to observe someone that is a visual learner in situations that require long periods of verbal interaction. Adults typically become anxious and frustrated even after years of maturity. Now think how difficult it would be for a child who prefers visual understanding to suffer through constant verbal instruction. The 4BELS book helps us realize the many ways we can personally and professionally positively interact with each other by simply realizing how best to socialize.
